Mission City Women
The Women’s Ministry of Mission City Church exists to introduce women to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and help them grow in this relationship by studying God’s word in community with other women.
TueGather
We gather as a community for TueGather, an evening of worship, prayer, and Bible study for the women of San Antonio, Texas. This gathering ignites faith, stirs hope, and empowers women to serve Jesus in their families, communities, and workplaces.
We also host Women’s Bible Studies on both campuses of Mission City Church. We believe God’s Word has the power to set us free, transform our lives, and give wisdom for daily living. Bible studies begin multiple times per year, keep an ear out for the next ones coming up.

Single Mom’s Bible Study
The Single Mom’s Group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays, 6:30pm at the Northwest Campus of Mission City Church. This group is designed to encourage and support the single moms in our community. Whether you are single parenting because you are divorced, separated, never married, widowed, or grand-single-parenting, you will fit right in!

Bible teacher Marian Jordan Ellis directs the Women’s Ministry. Marian’s passion for knowing Jesus and making Him known fuels her mission to serve the women of Mission City Church. She is the author of numerous Christian books for women, including her most recent Bible study, For His Glory: Living as God’s Masterpiece, a verse by verse study of Ephesians.
