Know Jesus

In the beginning, God made man in His image. His original design for us was perfect and without sin. When Adam and Eve chose to disobey God in the garden, sin entered the world and separated us from God because He is holy and without sin. Romans 3:23 tells us that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. There is nothing that we can do to save ourselves or earn salvation. God knew that the payment for sin is death. 

This is where Jesus comes in.

To redeem us, God sent His only Son to earth to dwell among us. Jesus lived the perfect life, without sin, and laid down His life on a cross to pay the penalty for our sins. He took the punishment and bridged the separation between man and God. But that’s not where the story ends!

Three days later after Jesus died on the cross, He rose from the dead defeating sin and death once and for all. Because of Jesus’ death and resurrection, we have the hope of eternal life with God.

This eternal relationship with God is available to anyone who repents of their sins and trusts in Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. The moment of salvation, our lives are changed forever! Our sins are forgiven, and we become a child of God. As a believer, we pursue a growing relationship with Jesus and live our lives in a way that will bring Him honor and glory.
